XML::Document::RTML
------------------------

What is it?
-----------

The module builds and parses <RTML> document used by eSTAR and the HTN.

Requirements
------------

The module requires XML::Parser, XML::Writer and XML::Writer::String
and XML::Simple.

Installation
------------

Installation is automated using the ExtUtils::MakeMaker library

     % perl Makefile.PL
     % make
     % make test
     % make install
